CAESAR II is a world standard for pipe stress analysis. CAESAR II supports over 20 international piping codes, includes static and dynamic analysis as well as FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) piping, buried piping, structural steel models, wind, wave, and earthquake loading. CAESAR II is the Pipe Stress Analysis standard against which all others are measured and compared. The CAESAR II spreadsheet input technique revolutionized the way piping models are built, modified, and verified. CAESAR II was the first pipe stress program specifically designed for the PC environment. The interactive capabilities permit rapid evaluation of both input and output, thereby melding seamlessly into the "design - analyze" iteration cycle.

Static Analysis Capabilities:
CAESAR II begins a static analysis by recommending load cases necessary to comply with piping code stress requirements. In most cases users choose the built-in default load cases but still have complete freedom to alter, add or delete load cases. This ability to perform algebraic combinations of displacements, forces and stresses gives you freedom to alter, add or delete up to 99 load cases.

Dynamic Analysis Capabilities:
CAESAR II guides you through the specification or acquisition of data needed for dynamic analysis. Dynamic analysis begins with the specifications of the dynamic input data such as lumped masses, imposed vibration, snubbers and spectrum definitions. You can use the built-in shock spectra or define your own.

A comprehensive program for the design or analysis of tall towers and horizontal vessels according to ASME Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2, and PD-5500(British Code). The program also includes modules for most vessel components including nozzles, flanges, and WRC107. PVElite is a graphical based, easy-to-use software program that provides engineers, designers, estimators, fabricators and inspectors with complete design capabilities of tall towers, horizontal vessels, individual vessel and heat exchanger components. PVElite has a component analysis module, CODECALC, which is also available as a separate program. PVElite can run on Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP (pro version) platforms either in a standalone form or on a network.

Additional modules are available. They include: Sanitary Module, Ductile Iron Pipe Module.

CADWorx Equipment is a parametric equipment modeler with all the features needed to easily model 3D equipment for plant design. The package lets you accurately build units such as vessels, exchangers, tanks, pumps, etc. quickly and effortlessly. Also, vessels and exchangers can be bi-directionally linked to COADE’s PVElite package for engineering analysis.

CADWorx Steel is a full-featured steel modeling package that allows users to quickly insert steel members into their design or build complex steel structures with full coping and database capabilities. This module is included with CADWorx Plant and Plant Professional.

CADWorx P&ID gives users the flexibility to create process diagrams with varying levels of information and with the minimum of effort. CADWorx P&ID Professional also features CADWorx Loops, CADWorx IP (Internet Publisher®) and live database links.

NavisWorks offers universal access to view and walkthrough 3D design models regardless of file size or format.

A program for the design or analysis of pressure vessel components according to ASME Section VIII Division1. Tube sheets and rectangular vessels are also included. CODECALC analyzes all of the individual components of a typical pressure vessel or heat exchanger, including shells, heads, nozzles (with strength path calculations), cones, floating heads, tube sheets (both TEMA and ASME) and flanges. Zick analysis, WRC 107, and calculations for legs and lugs are also included. Dimensional input data can be quickly checked by reviewing a screen plot of the component. Output lists the equations used to solve for the important results andhas extensive reference to the standard used for the calculation. CODECALC, first released in 1988, still maintains its popularity today because of its reputation for user-friendliness, economy, and reliability.

A program for the design and analysis of above ground oil storage tanks, in accordance with API-650 and API-653. The program includes API-650 Appendices A, E, F, M, P, and S, as well as API 653 Appendix B Computations address: wind girders, conical roof design, allowed fluid heights, and remaining corrosion allowance.
